to act as shelter for beneficial macro or microorganisms

never use it or agriculture

Use of specific pesticides to protect natural enemies

Protect plant health through preventing arrival pathogen or

pest to our farms

Operator will select the most suitable variety to be resist

against local pests and diseases to reduce using pesticides to

reduce negative effects on our environment.

pathogen and pests

non-conformity products

Operator shall close all packages contain organic product and

add label with information and lot number and name of control

body

In firms the responsible person shall keep a complete

documentation system. This system include source and

amounts of raw materials processing reports, stores book, raw

materials certificates, list of suppliers list of backing materials

list of cleaning materials, firm chars, bell of lading, shipments

certificates, etc. Firm shall also keep complain register and

corrective actions to avoid repeating the error

Firm shall close all packages or containers contain organic

products the package or containers will sealed in way can’t

replace the contents of package without damage of package

and label. Label on each package contain lot number and

source of lot and control body name

Processing or storing of organic product out of territory of

registered farm or firm.(subcontracting): This can be

completed according to the following conditions

Inform control body (TAWTHIQ) about the process 48 hours

earlier

Sign a trilateral contract, farm or firm subcontractor and

TAWTHIQ. This contract allow TAWTHIQ to inspect , take

sample , check document and attend processing steps inspect

packing or cleaning materials in addition to any all relative

process related to organic product

Complete separation between organic and any other grade

during storing or processing either for involved organic raw

materials or the end processed product

Complete separation in documents

Complete inspection on the subcontractor during storing or

processing and take samples if needed

Organic certificate will be issued for stored or processed

materials if everything was according to regulation (EC

834/2007, EC 889/2008 and EC1235/2008)
